Personnel Strategy
The Sussex IFCA inherits the resources of the Sea Fisheries Committee it replaces; in year one we will be developing a personnel strategy to develop the capabilities of its employees and make the most of their extensive knowledge of the marine environment and fisheries off the Sussex Coast.
Communication Strategy
We wish to ensure that we are able to gather effective feedback from the communities which we serve. We will be developing a communication strategy which will seek to establish effective networks which can enable the diverse range of stakeholders to interact effectively with us.
Research Report
The Sussex IFCA will produce a report on the research that it has undertaken which illustrates the key findings of the research and how the information has been used in the decision making process. The IFCA will aim to work with partners in this process, if you would like to contribute please get it touch.
